Coming from the Latin “Fragaria” (fragrance), it was used by the Romans for aesthetic purposes, for its pleasant smell and for its therapeutic virtues. The wild strawberry is smaller than the common strawberry and has a more powerful scent. Giffard Fraise de Bois brings the liveliness and acidity of the fruit to your cocktails.
