Fred Jerbis Fernet 25 Chestnut Barrel
Â
Fred, also known as Federico Cremasco, is a mixologist with a passion for perfumery (the art of creating scents with herbs) and a love for herbalism. He personally cultivates traditional cooking herbs and sources the rest from within a 50km radius. As he dries and uses only freshly picked herbs, there may be slight variations in taste each year and batch. Primary Ingredients: masterwort, chamomile, citrus, Achillea moschata, pine, chinese rhubarb root, hemp, bay laurel, Genziana lutea, peppermint. Inspired by a historic recipe, this Fernet is made with 25 different herbs, roots, and flowers that are infused in grain alcohol and then aged in chestnut barrels for 40-60 days. It’s bottled at a lower ABV to enhance the aromatic and flavorful experience. Absolutely no artificial coloring or flavors added.
