Echolands Poet-Nat Sparkling Cabernet Franc
The PoÉT-Nat is 100% Cabernet Franc and was harvested early in order to retain its acidity. Fermentation began in stainless steel then transferred to bottle to complete fermentation. The wine remained on the lees for a total of seven months before disgorgement to retain a delightfully sparkling personality.
