What began life as the mash bill of Boulevard’s iconic Unfiltered Wheat Beer traveled north to historic Valley Junction, Iowa, destined for distillation in Foundry’s towering column still. After resting for more than two years in new 30-gallon charred oak barrels, the end result enchants with notes of caramel, banana bread and allspice.
